Bolton was great to work with replacing our septic field and pumping. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, communicative employees from Brandi in the office to Jay and the rest of the field crew and drivers. They were mindful of our garden and patient answering any questions we had. All around great experience. Highly recommend this company!

Bolton Septic was fantastic from start to finish. They were easy to contact and scheduling was simple. On the day of service, the driver arrived on time and was great to work with. He was friendly, professional, and very informative. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure we understood how our system works. It is clear they care about their customers. Overall, just a great company to work with. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I should note here that I wouldn’t know the “quality” of the job done (how can we tell?), but the business end of things was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. When I called, this gentleman answered, looked up the address and gave me a $20 discount for mentioning the email, and scheduled me for the following week. Sure enough, I got a text telling me someone was coming, then another text when it was finished. An invoice was emailed to me, just like he said. I paid, and a receipt appeared the next day. No funny business or added fees. Very satisfying experience

Dan was prompt and very professional. He was also very careful using his equipment around our landscaping and extremely pleasant while he performed his job. I would not hesitate to call Bolton again.
