I made the grave mistake in trusting Sprauer Roofing to work on my house. That trust was betrayed with shoddy work, unsuitable materials, irreparable damage to my new gutter guards, and poor customer service. I was also charged for materials that were never provided, and for work that was never done. After contacting Sprauer Roofing, they sent out one of their crew leaders, Jack on 7/2/24. He and his crew were at my house all day and left after dark, when I handed him the check. The next day, I noticed my shingles around the gutters were bent up, some were broken, nails were sticking up, and my gutter guards were mangled. We called Sprauer Roofing for a repair on our roof, and our project manager, David and Bill Sprauer were able to replace my entire roof with the help of my insurance company due to hail damage!! Saved us so much time and money! And the roof looks amazing! If we only had the repair, we would have been doing that numerous times. These guys were so helpful and patient!

I've had two roof replacements done by Sprauer Roofing. The process was simple from the beginning to the end. The hardest part was picking out what color shingles I wanted. All around a good experience for me. I'd recommend Sprauer Roofing if you're looking for a local roofing contractor.

I have worked with Bill Sprauer many times through the years. I have worked with a few of the salesman and a couple different crews That we’re taking care of the actual work. They always do great with being timely, the communication. I’m making sure everything is correct at the end.
