Woke up to our heat not working and they were able to come within a couple hours to fix it. The woman, I believe her name was Gabby, who showed up was very professional. She diagnosed the suspected issue but ran though multiple other scenarios to be sure before taking everything apart. She was able to replace the blower motor and get my house warm again. Very happy with the work and will definitely us Elgin Sheet Metal for future issues.

We recently had our HVAC system replaced by Elgin Sheet Metal. We live on the sixth floor of a condo, so it was not a simple job. Pat and Lance handled the logistics and installation of the system and they are truly professionals. From the initial quote to the insulation of the new system was only about a week. Crazy fast. The team is highly knowledgeable and polite, I would highly recommend this company.

We needed to replace our furnace and AC unit. We looked at four different companies and I was impressed with each one. But Elgin Sheet Metal and Pat stood out to me. I think it was his matter-of-fact, friendly nature and the reasonable price that won me over. They weren't the cheapest but were way less than the most expensive. They installed the new units quickly and seamlessly. Their service was outstanding and in fact, I referring them to my son-in-law and he had them install a new furnace as well. Have used Elgin Sheet Metal since 1981. Air went out on the evening of the hottest day of the year. Called at 8 the next morning. Technician was there by 11 and now we have cool air. Their response time and knowledgeable techs are fabulous.
