Elias was fantastic to work with. From initial meeting through design concepts and build process. Communication was excellent and any changes were easy to make when needed. The craftsmanship and overall quality of the basement build is excellent and we are very happy with how this turned out. Highly recommend working with him. The basement went from unfinished to fully finished and added about 1900 square feet of useable finished space with additional room in the mechanical rooms for storage.

Elias Construction finished our basement for us and we are extremely happy with the results! They finished the project on time and within budget, and the work was outstanding. He and Alex did all of the work themselves, except for some of the plumbing and electrical. They used subcontractors for those elements, but it was obvious that the subs had longstanding relationships with Elias and they coordinated their work efficiently. We hired Elias to finish our basement in summer 2020. It was an extensive project and one where we wanted not only an experienced company, but also someone who could provide input to help us with some of the design ideas. I have nothing but the strongest of compliments for Elias and his dedicated work. He was personally involved in almost all aspects and was able to guide us thru every design element. The work area was spotless at the end of every workday and all work was performed on time. The finished product exceeded our expectations. The ~2,000 sq. ft. space has a dedicated exercise room, home theatre designed in an open space with half wall seating per our request, wine room, full bath with large shower, and a large custom bar with wet sink/built in ice maker/kegerator/sepa
