I am the property manager at Crismon Gateway and have had the pleasure of working with Samantha from Truly Nolen. She has been absolutely amazing. Samantha is always courteous, kind, and well prepared to handle any pest situations within our community. Her communication is excellent, and she is consistently professional, polite, and informative. I truly appreciate her reliability and the high level of service she provides.

I live in an apartment complex where my neighbors aren’t cooperating and this lady Sam is amazing, she is going above and beyond to help educate our family, to give us tips to prevent it coming through the walls. She spends a great deal of time Making sure we understand how to get the biggest results fastest. Courteous, friendly, child, friendly, detailed, and thorough. Sam is amazing!! Elimnex is professional and thorough. Couldn’t ask for more.

Sam is absolutely amazing! We unfortunately ended up with a roach issue that followed us from the last place we lived and Sam got it totally resolved. It took some time and hard work to get through it but she was so diligent. She has always prioritized communication and been so thorough in her work. Sam is fantastic! We just moved into a new apartment unit that had been empty for a while and saw a couple roaches, our complex sent Sam. She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable, since we didn’t have a crate for our dog yet she even came back today to spray the last bathroom. It’s really great to have someone so dedicated managing the pest control at our new apartment.

Sam has been a great help to giving me piece of mind she does her job very well has helped us see less and less bugs. I can genuinely tell she cares to help with my bug issues. She has been a great help.
