Their customer service is the worst. I got two new HVAC systems installed last winters. Twice I needed to contact them for install related issues (first with humidifier not working, second time with recharging AC as they could not load refrigerant in winters). Both times they gave a 4 hour service windows and technician did not show up. Called their service line and they had no clue, simply said dispatch would call back which never happened. While they have some of the most upfront sales team members, I wish they could invest in improving their service coordination and contact center. Update: Something is really broken in their scheduling system. During my fifth call checking on the status of technician, I am told that they don't see any appointment for me in the system. Today, I had Jaylen service the AC Handler in the attic. He was very professional, polite , knowledgeable, and finished the job timely. Prior I had Brandon due the yearly maintenance on AC unit. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable too. Last year Jessie serviced our AC unit. He was also professional and knowledgeable! Thank you to Zena for helping me with my calls! Thanks to all!

Elite air has service my equipment for over ten years. I have never had any issues with them. They come out twice a year to service my equipment. They stay on top of my service better than I do. The employees are excellent. From making my appointment to servicing my equipment. I appreciate all that you do for me.

This company used to be great. I have had a service contract with them for more than 20 years. Now I can't get a call back from anyone but a scheduler. They came out to fix my a/c when we were in a heat wave. They made sure I had my contract renewed first.They came out and said they needed a part and they would return. They never did. I learned when someone else came out to complete the job that they had removed the filter (rooftop) and not replaced it. I then received an invoice for over $1000 for freon and a service call. they did not fix the cause of the leak and I had to pay someone else for freon when the repair was made (a capacitor). I want to cancel my service contract but no-one will call me so here I am leaving a bad review. They could have prevented this Following up...It has b

Steven was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in great detail. He has a great personality and relates very well to customers. He is a credit to your company and I plan to ask him to return to conduct my annual maintenance on my HVAC system next year. It was a pleasure meeting him. Great Job!!!!!
