Elite Air & Heat of Columbia

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Elite Air and Heat of Columbia. I purchased a new HVAC system in April 2025, and since installation, I have experienced ongoing and unresolved issues. Most recently, my heat stopped working, and after multiple service visits from technicians, I was informed that the control board burned out again. As of now, I have no clear timeline for when my heat will be fully restored. Due to the prolonged lack of heat, I have been forced to: • Operate my system on emergency heat, significantly increasing my utility bill • Purchase space heaters to keep my home safe and comfortable for my child and myself Communication has been inconsistent, and I have had to continuously follow up for updates rather than receiving proactive communication fr

Best A/C company around!! The Technicians are Top-Tier! They are Professional, Dedicated and Friendly. Explaining the issues and repairs. The Office staff are Amazing and kept me updated on when they would arrive and the process. Don’t waste your time or money on any other a/c company!
