Elite Appliance Repair

This individual and company took advantage of me as a single mother. He accepted payment to repair my refrigerator, but the appliance never worked afterward. I reached out several times requesting a refund or an exchange, including offering him the refrigerator in return for my money. He failed to follow through and has not responded. Please please be awear of this issue and think before using this company. 300 dollars worth of food lost and 200 dollars of so call repair and part gone. This was really unfair.

Picking out appliances can be overwhelming with all the options these days, but Jeremy made my experience a breeze and I couldn’t be happier with my new café appliances. Chris came same day to repair my elderly mother’s 25+ refrigerator, and had it running before he left. We ordered a new one to be delivered next day from Lowe’s, because it was on its last leg. It was delivered on time, but the men could not find the shut-off valve to unhook her old one. They were just gonna leave it there with the new uninstalled fridge, and told me to get a plumber to shut off the water line. It’s an older home with copper tubing running into the attic. I called Chris, who explained the valve should be on the hot water heater or under the sink. The men disagreed and were going to leave. Chris hopped in his vehicle to come and shut it off for them. I would highly recommend Chris at Elite. He went out of his way to get my refrigerator working. He was very polite and took time to explain everything to me. I will be using this company again for all my appliances needing work in the future.
