Elite Appliance Repair

This was the first time I used Elite Appliance Repair. My LG washer had a small leak down the side. Johnathan Escobar quickly determined that the washer was dripping water at the dispenser tray and corrected it. I was very pleased with the service, professionalism and high-quality attention. I will definitely use him in the future based on both his professionalism and knowledge of how to identify and fix an issue!

The work done by Elite was great. Had my refrigerator up and running in no time once he came to repair it. He was considerate of my cancer diagnosis and need to have my refrigerator operating for my IV medications that require refrigeration. He also called me as soon as he had a cancellation to move up the repair date. The only reason I deducted a star was because he gave us a date in the very beginning of when he would arrive for a diagnostic evaluation of our fridge along with a time frame but Elite was a no call no show due to a scheduling error/oversight. Once he was aware of the error he attempted to see us asap and did follow through at that time. He was knowledgeable and quick to repair. We will be using Elite Repair service again if the need arises.

Johnathan worked on my dryer thought he repaired it. Still doesn't work. Tried to get in touch with him but no answer and no call backs. Was supposed to Email my receipt and still haven't heard from him I won't use him again.

I own a GE Cafe side-by-side refrigerator and freezer. I’ve had several issues with it over the years with regard to my icemaker and a noise in my freezer unit. Calling other repair groups in town over the last few years, no one was ever able to correct the problem by identifying the source of the issue. Jonathan took a little extra time, identified the real issue with my GE Cafe refrigerator/freezer, and corrected it. I will use him again in the future, based on both his professionalism and knowledge of how to fix an issue!

I've used y'all twice. Excellent service. I've even called you once with questions about another appliance. You were very helpful, knowledgeable about answering my questions.
