Emma and her team handled my Moroccan rug cleaning with care and expertise. They explained the entire process, provided a fair price estimate, and took the rug for deep cleaning. When it was returned, it looked brand new! The entire experience was smooth and professional.

My dog got sick and so he cannot readily move around. He accidentally peed on our Persian and Turkish rugs. There were also a small amount of vomit scattered. I needed help, so I called this rug cleaning service. They were very polite and detailed in addressing my concerns. They used pressurized hot water to clean up the stains. They also did some deodorizing and disinfection on my rugs. Now they look even better! I would definitely call you again and recommend you to my friends.

These people are SCAMMERS!!!! They need to be closed down. I had a cleaning and they came and told me they cannot do the cleaning because it was an area rug instead of carpet, I said well it shouldn’t matter an area rug is actually smaller then a carpet. They cleaned the carpet, it was not cleaned. I asked the guy Dywane, why is this carpet not cleaned and he said it’s not dried yet. Fast forward to the next day, my carpet was disgusting and never cleaned. I am pissed, they all blocked me once I said I want a refund.

I have always had this distinct smell on my carpet all thanks to my dog who gets excited and pees accidentally sometimes. I’m glad they offer pet cleaning and odor removal for carpets and rugs. I had mine done last week and now my house smells great. Two thumbs up!

These guys are an A1 company if you asked me. I had rugs made of various materials like silk and wool and they were able to handle them with care and clean them thoroughly. It’s nice to have experts who know the right cleaning method for your carpet material. thumbs up!
