Elite Countertops did an amazing job on my new coffee/wine bar! Patricia was wonderful to work with and really understood the look I wanted. Being able to see the samples in person helped me pull my whole idea together. The finished result is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier!

Installers were not English speaking men, damaged my flooring and denied it to owners. Owners believed installers, insinuated that I was lying. Then said warranty was invalid because of my complaint. Sent husband to fix damaged floor but still can see damage. This company is not recommended!!! Plus had to come back to respray stain on cabinets. Uneven coverage

Great work at very reasonable price. 2 things to keep in mind if you're getting new countertops... First, no other countertop place (I contacted 3 others) also did the backsplash tile work. They all referred me to a tile place/guy and I really preferred to only have to deal with 1 company. Second, no other installer would touch the sink. I either had to remove/re-install myself (I opted to keep my current porcelain sink) or call a plumber. But expense was included in Elite's quote (which would have cost me about another $500-600 for 2 plumber's visits). When comparison shopping I found Elite to be lower than other quotes, especially after taking these factors into account. Great experience with elite countertops for my kitchen. All her contractors were nice. The only issue I had was contractors wanted to get stuff done and not come back, first guy stayed til after 9pm.. I have 3 little kids, second day people didn’t leave til after 8pm.. again I have kids that go to bed around that time. Tile guys had to come back as they did not cut a piece of tile right. After everything was done and paid I got a call asking if elite countertops could have my extra piece of countertop where my stove was cut out, that I would get another piece but it would be lighter… I needed up keeping my original piece. I will say her cabinet guy was amazing! He makes sure everything is done right and will come back if needed. I do love how my kitchen turned out though!

I had a great experience with my kitchen remodel with Patricia and everyone else at Elite Countertops. I was allowed to think through the planning stages with no pressure, just great advice and help. I especially appreciated that Patricia didn't push me out of my budget but gave me good options with particular price ranges. And then, when I had made my decisions about materials, work was able to get started almost immediately (as soon as the materials came in). Patricia's team were professional, the work was well done, and they were incredibly neat and clean, leaving my space tidy every day.
