I have had an excellent experience working with Elite Exteriors. I had hail damage to my roof and siding on my home. Vincent worked with me. He was extremely knowledgeable about their materials. He took control and made sure my work was done with no stress to me. The roof is beautiful, installed quickly and everything was cleaned up perfectly. I was worried about finding siding that would match a 20-year-old home as some other homes in my neighborhood had siding replaced with very visible differences. I absolutely cannot tell the new siding from the old after Elite finished. Their installers are polite, efficient and top-notch. I definitely recommend this company for any needs you may have.

Wouldn't recommend. We just moved here. Knowing I didn't have a job yet. Sales man lied on my application for financing. When it came to set up the loan. They wanted proof of income. Witch I don't have ATM. Due to this they wanted to send it over to a financial company that was going to put a lean on home. All due to an error that they made on paperwork. The workers didn't clean up the nails and screws that were left all through yard. Did more damage to roof than what was needed to put a new roof on. Its like trying to put a square into a round hole. Although they discounted price, still doesn't fix the over all damage that was done to porch side of home. Only positive, is my bank ( in different state) took care of the financial end. Hayley Hollingsworth along with Philip and his amazing crew were absolutely fantastic to work with. Superb craftsmanship with the custom windows and install job. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future for any other work needed.

Elite installed new roofs, boat dock roofs and all new gutters. They team were efficient and cleaned up during and after the job. Any followup warranty repairs they have been quick to respond.

This is my 2nd review in this business page. The first review I left the owner called and blackmailed me to remove it. They were asked and paid to do roofing, siding, replacement of windows. They dropped the ball for nearly 6 months forgetting to send over correct documents to insurance for payments. We were called and accidentally attempted to collect from our family for months because they had the customer information mixed up. They were sending wrong information over for months. Toward the end of the repair work months later the owner showed up at our residence and threatened to PUT A LEAN ON OUR HOUSE due to payment. In reality his team had forgotten to send over the final paperwork so they could be paid by insurance. They were paid out money same day they finally sent over needed info
