To whom it may concern, I Pray that you can help bring resolution to this breach of contract with Elite Fence Fence Products. As of today it has now been 6 months and after repeated requests via email and telephone speaking with Dave Pike and Jennifer Ali , I have NOT received 1 update on the status of the custom railings order, nor the delivery thereof! I was told that the railings would be done and delivered by no later than today December 12, 2024. This was my hard earned money, (over $16,000) at which I paid in full on June 12, 2024, I was given a 4-6 month lead time, so I started following up in the fall, and all I have gotten is the run-around, neither would give me status as to where order was in production, or the expected delivery date. This company deserves zero stars!! They promise the world and do not follow through with anything, even if you have it in writing. Do not do any business with them. They do not care about your business or your customer satisfaction. All they care about is taking your money without supplying the product you ordered.

I had three gate latches produced by Elite in various states of disrepair, so I contacted Elite. The employee, Bill, was helpful until he went on vacation and forgot to send my quote, when another employee reached out asking that I basically reiterate everything so he could make the sale. I politely declined. Then, I got the quote upon Bill's return, which included a "convenience fee" for paying with a credit card. There was no indication I would be assessed an additional fee until I got the quote. Quite unfair. When I asked Bill to waive the fee, the answer was a firm no, so I found another solution which was cheaper, more local and simpler. Thanks Elite for your greedy inflexibility. Without it, I may have bought yet another Elite gate lock which would have eventually fallen part

If I could give less stars I would, I would give in the negatives do to how they treat their workers. Simple communication skills from higher ups (managers and bosses) are not applied along with professionalism in the work place and on the phone and compassion for workers at work and when they call in is also not applied.

Family owned, local and just a superior product altogether. This is the only Aluminum Fence I will ever sell and install.
