Elite Generators is a great company. My previous technician at another company did a miserable job servicing our new generac. So I shopped every company in the San Fernando Valley and Elite Generators was the only company that gave me a full breakdown of everything they do to service the generator on a twice yearly basis. Their sales representative did a wonderful job explaining how they operate. Nickand his team were great technician’s who are a pleasure to have around the house and showed me things about our generator even our previous company failed to explain. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase or maintain their current generator

Got a generator installed back in September. Great company. Jeff (I belief the owner of the company) without hesitations satisfied all my requests, Jazz was very helpful scheduling, keeping in touch with me and she even applied for extended warranty with Generac in my behalf. Installation was quick and smooth. Nobody even thought to attempt to upsell. Thank you Jeff and Jazz for pleasant experience.

Lupeann, one of the owners, helped me find the right portable generator even though they don’t install portables any more. This was above and beyond what she needed to do and I was very grateful for her time and efforts on my behalf. And I’m not even a customer; just imagine the service you’d get as a customer!

regretfully this company is not good with customer service. i have called and emailed and each time it feels like i have to run after them. I will look for an alternative company.
