Needed a new metal roof(Cooper color)and we needed it done quickly! They made it look easy! Took less than a week from start to finish. There was an eye for details and you could see that in the craftsmanship. I'm very happy with it and I never had a worry with how well the communication went. Any and every question was answered and addressed within moments via text or call. I never felt left in the dark on any process with this company. I would highly recommend them and I will most likely be a returning customer with more home projects

Due to the NWA storms in April 2025, we had about $70,000 in damage to our home. Despite calling a few local contractors and never receiving calls back, I hired Ethan after he knocked on my door one afternoon after the storm and gave me his business card. He completed a walkaround that day, and we were off. We needed a roof, gutters, wood siding repainted, and worst of all, we had many historic leaded glass wood sash windows broken. Some of these windows were decorative, with lead caming partitions and up to 12 individual panes per sash. Elite was able to sub all of this out, and the windows were completed beyond our satisfaction by Andrew with Old Soul Carpentry. Ethan P was our contractor from Elite, and he stayed on top of everything from start to finish. He coordinated pictures

The guys were great!! Everything was done in a very timely manner. They were excellent at communicating when they were coming and going and what the next steps were. They were careful with supplies to not damage or get dirty existing areas. Very attentive to our wants and needs. You don't find that kind of care very much around here. We love the work that was done. Insulation, dry wall, base board replacement, painting 3 rooms, and flooring. I would highly recommend!

Nobody wants to get a new roof, but if you do, you want these guys. They were awesome to deal with. They worked with our adjuster and insurance company and provided us options. Both Sam and Brendon were friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. We got an estimate, and it stayed the same through the end of the project. There were no adjusted added costs. They set a schedule and stuck to it. New roof looks great and went up super fast, and they completely cleaned up afterwards. I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, and I'm happy to say they never gave me a reason to question anything they did. The reviews are good, and for good reason!
