Warning to Potential Customers: We hired Jerome from Elite Illusions to install a new roof, three vents, a skylight, gutters, and more. In the 14 months since the work was completed, we have experienced four leaks. Initially, Jerome was responsive over the phone and promised to come out to inspect the issues. However, he missed four scheduled visits and has refused all subsequent communication, ignoring our calls, emails, and even attempts by our general contractor to reach him. Because of this, we’ve suffered additional interior damage, loss of rental income, and ongoing stress. We were billed $45,000 for this work, which makes the lack of accountability even more unacceptable.
