We recently moved into a rental home that had an undisclosed fire from last year. Our concern for our health brought us to Elite and we are so glad to have met Mike this morning. He was very informative and explained the possible issues clearly so we were able to understand what we may be facing going forward. We are awaiting lab tests, however, I wanted to compliment Mike and Elite for their time and patience providing their expertise in our behalf.

I highly recommend Elite Restoration! I recently had an unfortunate event with a water heater leaking from the bottom onto a wood platform. My home warranty company sent a contractor over to inspect the water heater, and the decision was to replace it. In the meantime, they referred me to a restoration company. This company came over and wanted to rip the platform apart. The quote was in the thousands and did not even include the platform rebuild. We gave Elite Restoration a call for another estimate and Mike was over within the hour. He walked me through all the scenarios and was very detailed in his explanations. He was able to dry out the platform with no remaining moisture and more importantly not costing me thousands and having to tear apart the flooring. I really appreciate the hones

Mike did an excellent job. He came in after a different company did a terrible job and helped to remediate everything. He came daily and followed the water line removing the damage till he found dry. He also was very kind and helped keep our baby kitten from going into the crawl space and keeping him away from the big cat who didn’t like the kitten. He is extremely responsive to my 1 Million questions. Couldn’t have gotten a better remediation person for the job.

I hired Elite Restoration to do some work in the crawl space on a home we just bought. Silas and Nick were the techs who did the job. They were friendly, professional, clean and respectful. I’ve used Elite for years in the Twin Falls area for my real estate transactions. This was the first time using them in Meridian. They are always my go to.

Lincon Peterson did an amazing job hanging drywall and completing all the steps to our satisfaction! He had a positive attitude and good pace throughout the day! Excellent job!
