We have a small neighborhood with “very” tight space & they were excellent in planning, permitting, design & flexibility. It needed a rebuild. The upper deck sits 22' above ground, supported by 9 steel posts. This job required experts, and that's exactly what we got. From start to finish, Elite worked with a level of professionalism that is unrivaled in my humble opinion. We talked with a few companies prior to starting, but Elite stood out. The exterior of our home has been in need of a makeover since we moved in two years ago. We had several trees removed, including four massive sweet gums in the front yard. We had to have the roots ground once, excavated, then ground again. Our front yard subsequently became a weed infested MESS. Doug came out, walked us through each of the projects by listening to our wants and needs and making recommendations and offering solutions in each area. We have used Elite Landscaping for a number of projects over the years. The most recent project included grading, building a retaining wall with proper drainage and installing sod/pine straw/river rock. They always take the time to understand our needs and offer suggestions to enhance the overall look of the final product. The crew arrived timely everyday, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and safe work environment throughout the project. What really stands out is their attention to detail. We had a separate company build the sport court pictured; even they commented on the quality/visual appeal of the retaining wall. Doug and his entire team were exemplary in every phase of the project, including 1) requesting for visit to scope the work for an estimate, 2) guidance and suggestions during the quote process to ensure we got the results for which we were hoping 3) delivering the a VERY REASONBALE estimate, 4) scheduling us in his queue of projects, 5) the actual execution of the work and 5) follow up. Their planning and execution was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend Doug and his team for any size job, small medium or large.
