Justin, the owner, knows at a glance the different types of plants in a yard, has excellent suggestions for additions or changes, understands the watering cycles and requirements for the various plants and trees. He is also excellent at checking and adjusting irrigation systems to fit the needs of the plants. Justin shows up exactly when he says he's going to show up, does his work quietly and efficiently, cleans up after he's done. Costs for Elite are low relative to other contractors, the cost proposal was discussed with me in detail, and at the end of the process, Elite did more than they charged for.
