What a horrific experience. After 9 months(!), I still have blue tape hanging up in my hallway. I have not heard from Matthew for months. I learned that they fired the contractors that originally did all of the poor work - from a landscaper(!) who came up and told me himself that he was only brought on bc it was his off season. Note. None of my work involved landscaping. Would not recommend. I've told friends and family that I actually hate my house now after this experience. I have a back door and trash that has been sitting outside for months (and was told the door was supposed to be delivered to someone else). Please, please save yourself the headache and money. Absolutely fantastic service! We hired Elite Luxury Design to come demo all the tile in our house and they were able to start the same week and get done ahead of schedule. Matthew was communicating the whole time and ensured the project was done properly. The crew showed up on time and were very thorough. Would definitely recommend this company and plan to use again.

awesome company! i was gonna leave a bad review initially because they had a set back with the first crew and was very frustrated and it delayed us but there staff was on it and we got back on track and they were honest about the situation. i’d recommend them to anyone in need of cabinets or a new kitchen. really great quality and good team and quick to find resolution. extremely happy with the final result!!
