Daniel at Elite Maintenance did a great job clearing all the moss off of our roof, treating the area for prevention and cleaning out our gutters. He’s professional, offered a fair price compared to other bids, and replies quickly to answer questions. We contracted Elite Maintenance to clear our roof of moss, treat it, clean our skylights and clean out our gutters. The young man did an excellent job for us. He was courteous, fast and efficient. In addition his wife cleaned our high ceilings and tops of cabinets and light fixtures. We are in our mid 70’s and no longer feel comfortable climbing ladders. It was nice to get these jobs done quickly and safely. We highly recommend Elite Maintenance and will definitely use them again!

Daniel was amazing to work with at Elite! I have a 3 story house on a hillside, and he washed the exterior top to bottom. It looks beautiful now, algae/moss is gone from the roof eaves and gutters. He was prompt, thorough, and the best quote I received by far!

As we've come to expect, your man did a great job! This time the greenhouse was the main goal. However, allowing us to add powerwashing that strip of sidewalk encouraged us to ok having him do the cement patios and porch, too. Now everything looks fresh and inviting. Thanks again for accommodating our needed time frame.
