Went today to pick bath fixtures for a new tub we're having put in. We were treated like we were not welcome in the store. The sales associate never even stood up, we could hardly even see him. Our questions hurt him to answer us. Guess he thought we couldn't afford his precious fixtures. We are recently retired redoing some rooms in our home. We are local, my husband' all his life. Thought we'd patronize a local business. We've built homes and remodeled throughout life. Of all the many places we've been to shop for actually anything, we have NEVER been treated so tersely. We felt like we were being judged to not fit in his high-end world. Not even one star for this judgemental attitude. Easy sale, lost.

John the owner seemed to be a decent guy. Rich, one of the main guys is pretty cool too. I've purchase things from them about a half dozen times. My last experience was poor at best. I came in to purchase material. Specifically, a washing machine box. After paying $43 for it, I decided to return it. I only needed a cpvc type box. I purchase them for $11.50 every day from Ferguson Enterprises. After disclosing this, one of the employees got smart and gave attitude. When I talked back and then asked John the owner if it was acceptable that he allows his employees to speak to customers that way, he implied that he didn't like the way I was talking. What!? Hello!? I've been Plumbing for 24 years and a contractor for 14. I would never allow my employees to behave like that towards a customer.

Been going here for over a year almost daily always met with a smile and a handshake. The owner Johnny will go over and beyond to try and help you out if he can. Good selection of plumbing supplies at a good price. Also the only ones in the area to carry mandable fittings Highly recommended!!
