Elite Pool and Spa

This place has become my go to place for supplies, parts and pool accessories. Good quality items. They test my water and I have a printout to tell me what I need to keep my salt water pool safe and ready to swim! The people there are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Experience is day to day depending on who is working. Water samples are also variable. Had two out of the same bunch yielding different results. These chemicals are expensive and I feel like they just throw something at the wall and see what sticks. Each visit is 100 bucks or more and who knows if it will fix the issue or not because they sure act like they don’t know. There is one lady that is there from time to time when I visit and she is great. Pretty sure she is the head lady and the only one confident in her recommendation. I always feel confident I’m getting what I need for the right amount of money when she is there. Outside of that seems like everyone else is just guessing and gambling with my money. Makes owning a pool very frustrating when you are just literally dumping money in

Very helpful! I usually go to another pool place closer to my house but Elite was so much more helpful than they have ever been in Hoover. Worth the drive. Truly pool experts here!

All the staff at Elite Pool and Spa are EXCELLENT!!! They go out of their way to help. I'm having a HUGE problem with my mother's pool. It's in an enclosed building and is filled with well water. They continually help me and search for help with their experts. Ronnie has become almost family!! LOL. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!!!!
