Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Ronald did an excellent job. He patiently listened while I described the issue that I was having, effectively explained the different options that were available and then worked extremely hard (and late) to resolve my issue. I would definitely recommend and will use again if the need ever arises.

Our plumber was excellent. He removed a tough clog in our laundry pipe and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was working smoothly. He was also just a nice person, and was up front with us about the work and the cost. I would definitely contact him again.

I had a pressure reduction valve give out suddenly and required emergency repair, as my water pressure had surged to 120 psi. I contacted Roto-Rooter online and they were able to schedule me for service the following morning. My tech, Isaiah, was able to repair the damage quickly and professionally. He also spotted additional damage to my water supply line, which was able to be fixed at the same time. I recommend both Roto-Rooter and Isaiah for plumbing repairs!

We had such a great experience with Roto-Rooter today at Wheelhouse Salon! From the very first call, everyone was so kind and easy to work with. The receptionist who helped me set everything up was super friendly and walked me through exactly what to expect. A little later, another sweet lady called to give me a heads-up that the techs were on their way (which I really appreciated!) Before I knew it, two kind gentlemen arrived and got right to work. They fixed our drain issues quickly and easily, and now all our sinks are running perfectly again. I’m so grateful for their help and will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs in the future!

Brandon was first class! Knowledgeable, thorough, polite, nice. Kept us updated on what he was doing. We will definitely be using Roto Rooter (and Brandon) for all our future plumbing issues!
