Called to inform them of a driver who wasn’t following traffic laws, simply asked them to inform the driver that he had 30+ cars behind him and had multiple opportunities to move over or pull out. Driver was doing 35 in a 55. Dispatch operator hung up on me. I was being incredibly respectful. Maybe hire drivers that have some common courtesy and know to pull out when they have 10+ cars and trucks stacked up behind them. Also great job with the long pauses and hanging up on me. Real professional.

Called to get a quote, dispatcher says he is not the sales person, gives me a number to call Bob, Bob says they only deal via email, I explained to him the dispatcher told me he is the one that deals with it since I need a 5k psi mix with fiber. Bob tells me I just need a mix design number, I call the dispatcher again, give him the number and he tells me that for that mix I need to reach someone else. At this point, I’m over it, imagine actually doing business with this company if something goes wrong. You’ll have to make 5 calls by the time you get an answer, if you even get one. SMH

Excellent work! They arrived prompty to pour concrete for our new walkway around the house. I talked with them for a little bit explaining how I would like the levels of the stairs even and what not... they were very professional the whole time. I also had them show me the concrete for correct color and texture before it was poured (both dry and wet) and although the color was just slightly off it was mixed very well. Highly recommended, will probably be using them again for future projects too.

Great company. After dealing with some very flaky concrete "specialists" for past construction jobs. it's nice to have good communication and trustworthy schedules to work with. Trucks came out onto the site in the early morning and did their job well. Thinking about ordering some more concrete from them real soon.

We have a office located in Sacramento that was undergoing construction to expand the parking lot so we hired Elite Ready Mix to do the concrete pouring for us. Most of the space that needed to be filled was a flat square, but there were some edges toward the sidewalk that I was concernced about since it wasn't on our property line. I voiced my concern to them and they said they would take extra care to avoid it. Usually when hiring new companies there is always some sort of issue, but we had very few with Elite Ready Mix, the color looks great and the new lot is coming together very nicely now so I'm happy.
