I had a great experience with Elite Restoration for both my house and my dad’s house next door on different days. The roofing teams were there early in the morning and did a wonderful job which included cleaning up. There were actually three houses in a row that had roofs replaced from storm damage in March of 2025 by Elite Restoration teams, and we all agreed that they did a great job. Work was done in one day for the roofs. I had additional gutter work done where they needed to be replaced which was done on a separate day. I have no complaints on the work done and would use them again.

Let me state from the beginning that I would definitely use them again. The end result was amazing, and I am well please with the workmanship of the siding repair and roofing, and the window wrapping was perfect. My house was damaged immensely during a hailstorm, and the partnership of Midwestern Adjusters and Elite Restoration was a welcomed relief. The process from start to finish was not without a few hiccups here and there, but the communication process with them was flawless. Everyone I spoke with was kind, courteous, and professional and were expeditious in solving any bumps in the road so to speak, during the process. I am more than well pleased with the outcome and can easily recommend them to anyone.

My roof was replaced by Elite Restoration four years ago. The work was done quickly and excellently. Recently, I noticed that one shingle was not lying flat and was concerned it might lead to a roof leak. I contacted the company, and they sent Mr. Pariz Rivera, a quality control specialist, to my home within an hour. He fixed the issue promptly, even though the roof was already past its warranty period. They did not charge me anything. I truly appreciate their efficient, professional, and kind service.

After three claims being denied by my Insurance Company, I contacted Midwestern Adjusters/ Elite Restoration Co for assistance. During the process Teddy Blanco went above and beyond all expectations to work on a final settlement we were pleased with. The roofers were prompt, courteous, and efficient, along with the gutter/downspout crew as well. It was an outstanding job to all involved! We've received numerous inquiries already as too who did our work!
