Elite Roofing

After numerous phone calls over several days, Elite Roofing owner finally came by to check out our roof. We have several leaks and our need is urgent. He said he would send me a repair estimate in one to three days. We heard nothing after five days. I called the Elite Roofing office on day six and left voice mail. No callback by day seven. Called again on day eight and left another voice mail. Today is day 10 and I still haven't heard back. I called both the Noblesville and Fishers numbers and got voice mail. I have called Elite Roofing several times over the course of this ordeal. A live person has NEVER answered the phone. BE AWARE!!!! We used Elite Roofing (out of Fishers/Noblesville, IN) for many years to replace roof shingles and various roof repairs and they did excellent work. HOWEVER..after getting most of our roof replaced a few years ago by them many of the shingles have become discolored. We told the owner about this in March of this year and confirmed the shingles were under a lifetime limited warranty per the agreement we had with Elite. After multiple calls and emails to the owner regarding next steps to get the shingles replaced he is no longer responding to us. NO RESPONSE AT ALL...and it's been 4 months!! This is HORRIBLE after the money we spent on the roofing work. PLEASE BE AWARE....USE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. ELITE will NOT honor their contract.
