Unless you just won the lottery, do not waste your time. I was just quoted over $600 to remove and replace a shower cartridge! Literally 4 screws and the time it takes to shut off the water, maybe 20 minutes total work! Quick math: thats $1,860 hourly! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! FLAT OUT DISGUSTING!

I’ve had two service calls with Elite Rooter, and the overall experience has been very disappointing. About 3 months ago, they came out on short notice and snaked my sewer line to clear a blockage. They were responsive, which I appreciated at the time. However, the blockage returned just a couple days ago. When they returned, they used a cutting blade—but it was only a 2" head on my 4" pipe, which didn’t fully clean the roots. They then ran a camera, showed me remaining roots on their screen, and immediately gave a verbal $25,000 quote on the spot for a pipe liner (not even a full replacement). No written breakdown, no itemization of materials, labor, or quantities—just a number that felt completely arbitrary and like a hard upsell. They refused to provide me with a copy of the camera vide
