Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to transform my whole house! His work was stellar! His manner was kind and caring. Chris and his team were awesome! They were affordable, exactly on schedule, did an amazing job refinishing our older oak floors, and very responsive and professional. My wife and I nearly fell over when we walked through the door after the stain was down. They really look that good. If you’re looking for someone to do your floors, these are definitely the guys you want!!

Chris was exceptional to deal with from start to finish. He came across (and later demonstrated) that he was honest, knew his trade, and would do quality work. He did a pretty large job for us, which included both refinishing and replacement. His competency went all the way down to wood selection, where he recommended a specific mill in Indiana to get the specific look we wanted (and of course handled sourcing the materials). One thing I learned as we went through the process is that there's a lot to it, and it is as much art form as it is artisanal trade. Things like getting the color right - different stains and application methods (like wetting the wood first to optimize absorption). Easy and friendly people to deal with. Willing to work with you and they did an excellent job on the floors! I had vinyl flooring installed which came out great. Hardwood floors were sanded, stained and sealed and look brand new. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend to everyone!
