Elk River Exteriors

I went from having to turn my fireplace on everyday to stay warm...to replacing my windows with #elkriverexteriors Yes, it's an investment, but they probably won't need to be replaced again. They worked through frigid cold and snow. Cleanup was amazing respectful, funny... I work from home and they even scheduled a replacement window on a day I wasn't in my office. Just in time to finish with our frigid below zero cold rolling in.

We had a couple of bad boards on our siding and wanted to add some curb appeal to the front of our home. ER Exteriors provided us some great ideas and were fast communicators along with hearing good things about them and their price was reasonable. Ben and the rest of the staff at Elk River Exteriors were professional and helpful from beginning to end. They helped with the design of our siding and roofing ideas, as well as door replacement. Everything was completed on time and all work was double checked for correct color, design, and fit. If you have had siding installed from Elk River Exteriors beware. You may have been told there is a warranty on it. They do not warranty due to their faulty installation. This is a complaint for siding issue that I filed with the installer July 28th of 2022 for what are called nail pops on my siding. They are visible on three sides of the house. East, West, and South. No nail pops on the North side of the house. When I contacted the installer, they told me that I needed to file a warranty claim against the maker of the siding. (I also sent Elk River exterior photos of the siding.) Elk River Exterior claimed it was a problem with the siding. So I filled out a warranty form and sent pictures to the manufacturer (PLY GEM).
