We worked with Chuck and had old flooring torn up and LVP, carpet, and bathroom flooring installed throughout our home. We can not recommend them enough! Wonderful communication…constantly in touch every step of the way! Answered all our questions (and I am one of those people with A LOT of questions)! Great price…had three estimates, and they beat everyone else by more than a little! Work done when expected! Friendly, professional, reliable, did exactly what we wanted, and great prices!! Can’t recommend enough!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Chuck and Elkton Cartpet & Tile went above and beyond to find (and ship!) flooring that had been discontinued. Chuck communicated each step of the process so I was always in the know. He was so kind, helpful and efficient. My hardwood floor got to me so quickly and it is perfect for the space! So grateful to find a company who values their clients and provides quality products!

They did our tile and LVP in our new build. Very unorganized and extreme lack of communication between sales and installation. We went in the store multiple times to verify choices of tile and format and they had something wrong every time, including when they began installation. Tile work was mediocre, and they did not caulk the edges and corners properly. They also would not seal the grout, and some of the Subway tiles in the bathroom are not flush with the others. We had another company do our carpet because they didn't have our color but the thresholds were to match the LVP which they installed. They would only install the flat thresholds that butt to the carpets instead of overlapping, which has caused issues with the tack strip. All in all, terrible communication, mediocrity, and

I had a good experience with this local business. Jen was extremely helpful in explaining everything to my wife and I. Their service and product was excellent! This was the first time using their services.

Replaced multiple rooms of flooring in our new house. Nothing but issues and very unprofessional workers (left all kinds of trash in my daughters room toybox as well as closets and other rooms). Didn't bother to put up drapes so dust got everywhere, even making our smoke alarm go off.
