I called in a panic when I got home from work and quickly found out the sub pump was not working. I called and the phone was answered by a real person. I received a labor quote over the phone, he came out the same night to look at our pump and luckily we were able to get a new pump and have it installed the same night. He was very friendly and hopefully this pump holds up for many years!

Tried calling them, instead of reaching their actual office, the phone number gets you to some call center. I explained my issue to the call center person, and she decided that she thought I needed an appliance repair man instead of a plumber, and told me they would be in contact with me shortly. Hours later, I have not heard from anyone who can actually provide the needed service, but I have gotten a bunch of spam emails about home remodelling... Very helpful...

Waited 11 hrs. and still no calls from them. 12 pm to 11 pm. Spent all day trying to keep basement from flooding to bad. Sump pump not working. They could have at least called me and said they were to busy. That way I could have called someone else, like I just did tonight. Also you can't post this unless you give them a star. They don't deserve a star. Will give them a star so this will post for everyone to see.

After calling everyone on Google in Newark and Elkton,they were the most up front and nicest to deal with. All the other companies i called should be inbaresst to do business like they do.

Best plumber in Cecil County. Was able to come out and give us a quote quickly. Happy overall with the service.
