I’ve had service contract for about 5 years. Service has been outstanding. And Michele, the lady that schedules everything is a pleasure to work with. She is helpful and goes to great lengths to help a customer. Their work is neat, high quality and the installers and service people are very professional really trying to help when they visit your home. Could not be happier with Eller company. Highly recommend them and their service contract.

Fast and timely response. Knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. Was able to resolve my problem with no heat the same day wita new furnace. Work was hassle free and clean up was good. I would recommend them and call them again for my HVAC and plumbing problems.

They were very helpful and the servicemen were very polite and efficient. Will definitely use them again. I had a whole house water filter put in as well as a 50 gal water heater.

I did my homework and shopped around before choosing a company to install a new boiler. The Eller team helped me with significant savings eliminating parts I didnt need. They were honest and straight forward. Michelle in the office is a great communicator, and the installation team was professional and very helpful. This is a great company.
