Ellington AC & Electric

This is part 1 of a 2 part review. Note: I apologize in advance for this long winded reveiw. Part 1 (Feb 9, 2026) In our 70's, we are in our forever home. It was time for our forever HVAC system including a properly designed duct system. Which our 50 year old ducts were not. I called Ellington and Design Consultant Ryan M. came to evaluate our HVAC. I can't say enough about this young man. Professional, respectful, knowlegable. We call him family, now! We chose a Lennox fully variable 19.5 seer system and with Ryan's guidance and our input a new system design was put in place. On Demolition day we met Norberto and Mark. It’s the little things that make all of the difference. Kaliam, Mark and Roni were all friendly and professional. They took the time to make sure what I wanted from my whole house dehumidifier was what was completed. After finishing they explained what they had done and why. They removed their shoes when entering our home and completely cleaned up before leaving. Great experience.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Cheyne with Ellington AC. He came to my home to install sanitization lights and clean my air ducts, and he worked for eight hours straight with unbelievable professionalism and dedication. When I came home from work, I was completely speechless. You couldn’t even tell work had been done — my home was left in pristine condition. Not a speck out of place. That level of care is rare. What impressed me just as much was his communication. He explained the entire process clearly, kept in touch with me throughout the day, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. His knowledge, work ethic, and respect for my home were beyond anything I’ve experienced before. If you are considering Ellington AC, ask for Cheyne. He is a true professional

He showed up on time. We received text messages about him and arrival time before our appointment time. He did great work. Worked until our A/C was installed ( it took 14 hours!) He is very polite. He very professional and cleaned up after himself. He kept us updated on progress. I highly recommend!!

5 Stars for Ellington AC & Electric! I had a fantastic experience with Ellington AC & Electric. Wyan and Mark were great—they even came out on a Saturday so I could be home to keep my cats from getting outside, which I really appreciated. They worked from 12 PM to 11 PM, making sure the job was completely finished so they wouldn’t have to come back. That level of dedication really stood out. I also want to give a shout-out to Ryan and the entire Ellington team for reaching out and helping me with the 60-month no-interest payment option. They were communicative, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. So far, my AC is working great! The real test will be summertime, but I’m feeling confident.
