My system died a few years ago and I randomly found these guys on internet and hired them. I spend close to 10G for a complete new heat/ cooling system. When summer came the next year, my brand new compression blew up and totally didn’t work. The said it was manufacturer’s defect and replace the compressor. Everything went well for about three years until a few weeks ago when I tried to turn on the AC and it was dead again. The repairman said I had a leak and need to add more refrigerants. He claimed it was fixed after I paid close to $1,300 for it. Two weeks later, I turned on the AC for the first time after the repair, it was dead again. Called the office and they sent the same guy who came and told us that the unit is busted and now I need a new one and by the way, that five minutes of

They installed 2 Carrier systems in my home back in Oct of 2007. In 2021, secondary heat exchanger on main unit was not working. In Mid 2021 called multiple times for Elliot to come and check, left multiple voice mails with the owner and the secretary, and they said they will call back. Still waiting for their call back after 4 months.. Called in another company and they said the system was not installed properly (no pitch) and therefore no correct drainage and that is why the heat exchanger is busted. They also said they see other issues with PVC pipe work. Poor workmanship from Elliot.

I don't know if they still in business. Please stay away from this company. My review would the exactly same or even worse than the review posted below from JY. Don't waste your hard working money, find another company instead or you will regret.

Prompt, friendly, and quality service. They installed our new AC unit 3 years ago and everything has been great. They have maintained our unit ever since and never an issue. We definitely recommend!
