Garold called to let us know he was on the way and then actually was on time! Service performed was fast and accurate. Explained everything. No complaints. We now have a working garbage disposal. Could complain about high prices in general but this is not uncommon unfortunately.

My whole experience with Elliot’s/Flow-Tech was refreshing. From their quick response to schedule a quote all the way through the install the whole team was professional and informative. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! A special thank you to Eric Lerew for starting the whole process with me and talking me through the every step. I never felt rushed or that my questions weren’t important!!

Bryan came today to help with a leak. He was super professional, attentive and easy to talk to. He got me set up to have the problem fixed. I've yet to have a bad experience with this company. I love them.

The repair began with an emergency situation that occurred while I was 1300 miles away from home. Joe's response was immediate, saving me from what would have been a major event. He was thorough in his explanations and got the problem handled at the least possible expense. He was outstanding!

We couldn’t have been more happy today with Luke!! Woke up to heat not working, within a few hours he was here and had our heat working again!! Great guy!! Thank you so much for your help today!! We appreciate you!!!
