I have used Shipley for pest control for a few years now. The monthy summer program is a great price and really helps keep the spiders and bugs under control. The communication and reminders the day before they come are greatly appreciated, with easy billing and payment options as well.

While talking with Michelle about another insect issue, I noticed that yellow jackets were coming and going from the soffit of my home. While they did not need to treat for the other insect issue, Kris promptly came out to spray the bees. Both Michelle and Kris are wonderful, helpful people and I will gladly refer this business to anyone who looking for a great extermination company.

They are truly amazing. First call was an emergency situation and they had a tech here the next morning. Brian was top notch. Called a week later with another issue and again they were prompt and thorough. Would highly recommend!!

Shipley is knowledgeable, responsive, and takes care of the issue! Communication via text on appointment arrival times, invoicing, etc. makes taking care of your pest issues very convenient. Definitely recommend.
