I am moving into a new place and when I walked in and found a huge puddle around the hvac unit I quickly called maintenance. Ellis air contacted me within 10 minutes of the request.. and said someone would be on their way. Taylor gave me a call ahead and said he was on his way. I told him hey grab a key from the rental office and I’ll meet you there! Not only did he solve the issue, he explained the unit to me in terms that I understood and gave me pointers to try and avoid a clogged drain line once fully moved in. I know for sure I’ll be requesting Taylor if any issues arise with this unit! Yall are blessed to have him. He treated me like a human. Hard to find now a days. Thank you Taylor!!!

The crews that came to my house were outstanding. The process to get my AC part and final repair was streamlined. The price was reasonable. They had us up and running in no time. Ramon was especially professional and kind both on the phone and in person. I definitely felt like they cared about doing a good job and not just getting through the repair as fast as possible.
