I worked with Drew and his crew to create this series of wooden arches, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It was a big project from start to finish, and they were incredibly reliable, creative, and attentive to detail every step of the way. The craftsmanship is solid and clean, and they were always open and collaborative, making sure the final design stayed true to my artistic vision. Would definitely recommend Ellis for any future project.

Ellis Excavation helped us bring our yard from construction bare to a work of art. They finish graded our entire yard to maximize drainage, worked with me and my landscaping plan to bring in soil and rocks and soil amendments to create planting islands, rain-scaping, and pathways. Ellis excavation just did a demolition for us at the future WabiSabi location. They were great to work with from start to finish. Chris was wonderful with his communication and everything they promised was done. As a nonprofit, they worked with us on pricing to fit our budget and we decided to go with them based on their desire for community projects. I would highly recommend Drew and his team.

The Ellis Excavation crew helped to make my front yard vision a reality. Drew and his crew helped me with so much rock work, from building my retaining wall, to moving dirt to create mounds for flower beds, to laying the dry creek bed and a walkway along my driveway. He also created a "durable" gravel side driveway including, the installation of a utility cover to protect the sewer cleanout from future damage. I actually use the side drive as my primary driveway due to my steep, off-camber concrete drive. All his work created the infrastructure for planting while also aiding drainage. They do excellent work, you won't be disappointed! Pardon the bald spots, the clover is still filling in :)
