Very good experience… they had what I needed and customer service was great!!!

In the multiple years we had them come out they never fixed the main problem. Had another company come out and the tree roots were so bad thet their equipment got stuck. Those tree roots did not grow over night to the extent that they are now. I would NOT recommend them at all. They take your money without fixing the problem.

Right before we hosted our family get together for the Christmas holiday, our hot water heater went out! Adding injury to insult, our old one was too old to replace and we had to upgrade to meet code. Not only could we reach Riverside Plumbing during the holiday season, they were extremely helpful at providing us with options and very flexible with their scheduling. The installation was much quicker than expected, and their staff even took great care to be respectful of all of the snow and dirt being tracked in our home! It is rare in this day and age to find a business who has a staff you can trust to be in your home. Two thumbs up and much appreciation to Riverside Plumbing!
