The Ellis team including the owner Sam, Trendon and his assistant were dedicated to getting my garage door working properly. It took a couple trips and a very good price on a replacement opener, along with great service, explanation along the way including Shari who coordinated the appointments. Very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

My garage door broke pretty badly while opening and I reached out for repair. The team was courteous, quick to respond, and provided fair and competitive pricing. The tech that came out was kind, understanding, and eager to solve our problem. He quickly described the issue and gave an estimate for repair. Came out next day (I had windows on top row, which are custom made) and finished the work quickly and efficiently. 100% would use again.
