Taylormade Heat and Air

Our service technician, Bernie, was right on time for our appointment and was very thorough and efficient with our system check-up and maintenance. He was very knowledgeable about how our 29-year old heat pump system is performing and what it might need to keep working as good as possible in the coming months. He was very professional, pleasant and presented us with some tips and options to consider for that inevitable point when we are going to have a replace our HVAC system.

I certainly appreciated the prompt scheduling by Josh. Corey was dispatched to our home to address an issue same day. Corey identified the source as not being an A/C issue yet related to a plumbing matter that created the back up of water from the unit. He was able to resolve the issue himself which didn’t require me contacting a plumber. Having an experienced “jack of all trades” was helpful and a cost saving. I needed some additional support and clarity on how to ensure this doesn’t happen again and Josh spoke with me after hours to ensure I was satisfied a satisfied customer. I will certainly use their services should a future need arise. I would encourage anyone needing assistance with HVAC needs to do the same. Kudos to Josh & Corey!

I have a maintenance agreement with these guys and just had my first checkup with Antonio. He did a thorough job and let me know what I needed for my 23 year old system. No pressure from him at all. Life is good.

The technicians (Kenny and Bernie) were great. The COMMUNICATION from the company was NOT great, and that is why we canceled the service last time!
