I had mini splits installed in my home. Tom was very informative and professional when he came to give me my quote. He was very prompt in setting the date for the installation. He and his team worked extremely hard to finish the job in one day. He went out of his way to remove my window units. He did a great job in explaining to me how to use the remote. I would recommend Tom to family and friends.

Tom has helped us immeasurably with quirks in our new-to-us old house, from recognizing potential problems ahead of time to fixing things beautifully yet as economically as possible, to referring us to trusted vendors and craftsmen for work outside his scope of practice. Angelo and his crew member showed up at 8am without any previous communication to install a light fixture. I stepped away briefly while they were bringing in their 10ft ladder, and noticed a large scuff mark on the wall. I asked him twice about it, but Angelo was dishonest about not being responsible for the mark. After they left, I confirmed with my wife that it was a new mark, and also saw they scratched our door trim as well.

Great company to work with. Show up as promised. Had 4 employees working to install two new circuit breaker panels ln a duplex and move meters from cellar to the outside. very professional did installation in one day and Kevin came back the following morning to label all breakers on both circuit breaker panels. Cleaned up everything on departure with a thank-you for doing business. would recommend the company with out any qualification. A five star company.
