Fantastic!! Everything came out exactly as I had wanted. Use their people...counter tops, flooring, plumber, electrician. They have been working together and know when to show up and what to do. There are no delays. And they are all professionals. You could find some cheaper, but they will hold up the project, and you don't want that inconvenience. Dino will send a schedule for the full 5 weeks so you know exactly who is supposed to be there on any given day. It's like clockwork. I'm very happy with the end result. Thanks Dino!

We worked with the Ideal Kitchens team in the Fall of 2019 for a kitchen and bathroom remodel and were delighted with the experience. In addition to making useful recommendations from everything from appliance to layout ideas, what really made a big difference was the professionalism of this team. Two things stood out to me: 1) We stuck pretty much exactly to schedule, a rarity in the world of major projects like this, and 2) aside for some additional items that were identified during the project as necessities, we ended up holding pretty close to budget. I would absolutely recommend Dino.

It has been a year since Ideal remodeled our kitchen and we are thoroughly happy with the results. First and foremost, it came out perfect and it’s a beautiful & more functional kitchen. The design process was very helpful in designing a better kitchen. Dino takes the time to make sure the design is what the customer wants, but also presents options on how to improve on the design (pantry design, lighting plan, dry bar, lots of drawers and organizers, etc.) We got quotes from the electrical, plumbing, flooring and backsplash subs (and paid them directly) so there were no surprises. Overall, I would rate our experience a 4.8 - far better than a 4 but not quite a 5. Dino was very responsive, he had some excellent design ideas and worked closely with us to develop and execute the final design. The contractors that we used based on his recommendation were excellent resulting in two successful projects. Dino creates great designs, however, small details can sometimes be overlooked. The bottom line is that your chances of having a successful project are greatly enhanced based on the amount of thought, work and attention that you put into the design and the installation in partnership with Ideal Kitchens. We looked at a few places for our kitchen remodel. No place made us feel as comfortable with our options and decisions as Dino and Ideal! From start to finish, everything was professionally planned out and communicated - a nice calendar. The best part of Ideal is the team of subs that Dino has lined up all work together and in spite of a few structural issues identified during the process, actually finished on time and per the schedule! We're so very happy we made this decision to go with Dino and Ideal Kitchens!
