ELM Locating & Utility Services

If I could give zero stars, I would. Today around 2 PM, one of Elm Utility Services’ trucks — Unit #4097 — was parked at the QT on 35th Ave & Baseline in a way that perfectly summed up their professionalism: blocking one of only TWO diesel pumps, not even pulled in the right direction, and sitting five feet away from the pump so nobody could use it. And of course, no driver in sight. As a 100% disabled veteran, I don’t have the luxury of wasting time or energy dealing with avoidable nonsense like this. I had to sit and wait for the only other diesel pump to free up because their employee couldn’t be bothered to park like a professional or consider how their actions affect others. I don’t know wassup with their drivers but i had this specific one tailgating me and my family , and tried to block us from going any faster than he was . He would switch lanes once we would do so , and he also flicked us off as we drove on the I-8 W . If i could give no stars i would . 👎🏻

These guys out here doing a great job. Cooper was the guy out side my house. He was very informative, notifying me that fiber was going into the neighborhood. He also gave his word on using minimal paint as to keep my front yard esthetically pleasing. Cooper did an amazing job!

This company doesn't even reverse a star. Negative stars if I could. Got this company on camera not going to side sitting in his car for an hour before even coming up. I called trying to get answer and all they kept telling me. Dogs outback and no access??????? Dogs were locked up inside a bedroom and the gate was wife open if he would have went around the corner he would have saw that. Then the people I talked to kept saying Dogs were outback and gate was locked?? Theb went confronting them of footage of him not doing anything etc. They kept lying and changing there stories. Then they said they sending out email to all managers and nothing got done with this. Now they extended the time needed to keep gate open and Dogs locked up and they dont give a damn. Watch out!!! Going around a round about in a residential neighborhood I was ran off the road by one of the drivers. I had my small children in the car who were terrified by his behavior. The individual was screaming with his windows down, flipping me off and other various gestures. He proceeded to drive 65+ down the residential road and through various intersections before stopping at a Walgreens. He did all of this while on his cell phone which is against the law. What a shame. When I called to discuss the employees behavior with the owner I was told that he doesn’t handle things like this and to call the 800 number which I did and it went to voicemail. I would be appalled to own a company and have one of my employees behaving this way in a company vehicle with the name posted on the side
