Elm Street Garage

Do not park here! It claims to be an attended garage but is not. I parked at 1:30pm on Dec. 26 by scanning the QR code at the entrance and paying through a website. When I returned at 3:00pm the gates were all closed and I couldn't get back to my car. There was no way to contact a human via any of the online sites. I called every phone number posted at the garage but none of them could access the property, and all the phone numbers they gave me were dead ends. At 4:30pm I gave up and called the Dallas police who sent the fire department who broke into the stairway gate so that I could get back to my car. Other general comments: all the paint is peeling badly and the elevator doesn't work.

We parked and paid later when we had settled $25. Now received a collection letter charging $45 because it wasn't made in a timely manner. It was paid the same evening hours before leaving so I don't understand. I'm not about to pay $70 for a parking spot for a few hours that's just beyond wrong. My stress and anxiety are off the charts! What makes these people think we have money like that? Is it my 2018 Toyota with scratches and dents?
