I encountered one of their drivers using entrance ramps and the shoulder to cut off traffic. Once in the lane they proceeded to bounce around. Not sure if they're distracted or just reckless. Vehicle #38, 295 South 7/8/25 @5pm

My boiler broke down, so I asked them to fix it. They didn't fix it properly, and said they would replace the parts. A month later, I called them to ask when they would come to fix it, but they told me the parts were no longer in production. I want to ask you, if I hadn't called to ask, would you have called or emailed me to let me know? But you still charged me $370, and my problem was not solved at all. Even though it was only a few hundred dollars, it made me feel that this was a very unreliable company with no sense of responsibility.

Great company Den Sudakou came out to my store today (Ochinilis steaks in Middletown) on an emergency call the day after 4th of July and he did an amazing job with all my my appliances. I highly recommend this company for any service work needed… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
