Everything about our experience was awesome! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly through text, which was perfect for me. Mr. Juan texted to let me know he was on the way (and early). He and another young man worked diligently to ensure the carpets were thoroughly cleaned including a tough spot thanks to our cat, and the payment was very fair. The carpets look, smell, and feel amazing! They will be my go-to for all future carpet cleanings!

I had a wonderful experience with chem dry’s service! They did an absolutely fantastic job — my couch looks and smells so fresh and clean, it honestly feels brand new again. Not only was their work top-notch, but they were also incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process. They were very respectful of my home, took extra care not to damage anything, and left everything neat and tidy when they finished.

Quick to schedule, technician's were ahead of schedule which was a bonus for me, cleaned my 2 rooms in an hour and a half. Carpets look brand new. Technicians were very professional and respectful. I am confident in my rating and I will be telling family and friends to use this company.

I had a wonderful experience with Chem-Dry. A student of mine spilt their red juice on my brand new classroom rug. I was devastated and at a complete loss on how to get the stain out. I researched several companies and decided to reach out to Chem-Dry for help on removing the stain. They arranged a pickup date for the rug. Juan was incredibly kind and friendly! He picked up the rug on Monday and told me they would update me on the process. They checked in with me throughout the week and sent pictures of the cleaning. I was especially appreciative of the fact that they expedited the cleaning process for me so that I could get the rug back in my classroom quickly. We called Elmer's to clean our recliners. They were quick to set an appointment that worked around our schedule. The gentlemen that came out were very friendly and professional and explained their cleaning process to us. Our old chairs look like new and we are very pleased. We highly recommend Elmer's Chem Dry.
