Jeff Thiel’s and Victoria Rodriguez did a great job setting up my roof project. Jeff was at my house in a few days after I called and Victoria made sure everything went smoothly, the roofing crew were very professional and did a great job cleaning up the yard. I am very satisfied ELO was the right choice for my roofing project.

From Travis in sales, to Normaliz in the office, to Parker as project manager...ALL did as they said. The team of 14 or 15 (it was hard to count them all as they scurried around on my grounds and on the roof) were fast working and competent! Even the dumpster guys from RED Box were professional and diligent. I really couldn't belief they got my foam roof off and my new roof on in only one day AND that the cleanup was so very thorough. Only a few nails and staples were left from under the dumpster that I found easily after the dumpster was removed. Exceedingly happy with the entire project!!

My experience with ELO has been much better than expected. We had a previous nightmare experience with a previous unrelated project and we were now extremely cautious. We are the people who read the fine print. We actually had to throw out a different company rep from another company before meeting Travis. He was very laid back and not pushy. He even helped us through the bumps encountered with the insurance company. The Project Manager, Laura, kept me informed of everything the whole way. The workers were scheduled to arrive at 7:00 am. The team from ELO was great! Robert was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He ensured the proper products were selected and explained all of the components. Kyle D. was the project manager and had a great rapport with the crew. He came by daily to keep me apprised of the progress. Laura was also with the project from beginning to end scheduling the material delivery, work start time, and document delivery. Communication was excellent by all parties involved, and they answered all of my questions. They had the process down to a science. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement!

From Travis the sales man to the project manager Justin it was a seamless and great experience working with Elo Roofing. All my questions were answered and with the Ten year warranty I don’t have to worry about my roof. The roof was put up in one day which is incredible. The crew cleaned up. Even the staff at the office helped me fill out the Corning warranty paperwork. This company I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to replace their roof. They are truly and reliably company.
