Love the quality products Elwin has to offer and great customer service is major major plus! There are so many beautiful fabric choices to choose from for their blinds. I can't wait to show my family and friends!

Since we can’t get a reply from this company and our client has become extremely upset with us and their missing products. They get this review. We returned two motorized shades a month ago with all the details and photos as to what is wrong. They can’t seem to get it together and put two shades side by side to see what is wrong. We get emails regarding some other order not related, and have now zero replies for a status on the return. I have sent several emails and called several times to have ZERO ANSWERS for our client. I would not recommend doing business with this company. No one has a clue. No one has any answers. No one can simply call or email back with answers. They have two large motorized shades of my clients and are holding them hostage when a one week turnaround was estimated

We had a consultation for window treatment scheduled for today (12/1) with Stan! Had a terrible experience. It was clearly a consultation and not a buying promise. As soon as we told him that we are in the market looking for couple more quotes, he said 'Please don't waste my time for $700, I like to spend time for $7000 job'. Never doing a business with this company!

Seeing is believing! I didn't believe it when people said that Elwin window shades/blinds are superior, in workmanship and aesthetics, to many name-brand products including giant retail outlet like Lowe's and Home Depot until I actually had a chance to compare Elwin's samples with those on display at some of these stores. No wonder so many home and business owners I have seen just couldn't walk away once they were shown a demonstration of its beautiful samples.

Great service and quality. Had great experience with staffs and anyone can easily assemble the blinds. Easy to follow the instruction too. I recommend to anyone since they have variety of selections to choose from.
